The STRING serves two functions: it holds the rope end carabiner in place on the rope end of a quickdraw and it protects a relatively large area of the sling against wear.
- STRING XS for webbing up to 10 mm wide
- STRING L for webbing 12 - 20 mm wide
- WARNING: Do not use String on an open sling - only use on a quickdraw sling or "dogbone". Incorrect use has resulted in death.
