Dual tie-in holes keep the Climbing Technology Otto Rescue 8 attached to the harness while the rope is tied to the carabiner reducing the possibility of dropping it.
This is a multipurpose tool - the CT Otto Rescue 8 can be used as a rigging plate and the centre hole can also be used as a belay plate.
Large size soaks up rope friction heat.
