Edelrid Kilo Jul Belay Device

The Kilo Jul is a solid, multi-featured aluminium belay device that supports belaying and rapelling on all rope diameters from 7.8 to 10.5mm. The asymmetric design provides two braking speeds, which can be applied depending on the size and skill of the person belaying.

The Kilo Jul also features a small eyelet that allows the unit to be released with a karabiner when bringing up a second. The device is also suitable for bringing up two seconds simultaneously when climbing in a team of three.
